Nutrition coaching is for anyone interested in improving their health and performance through diet. As a Registered Dietitian (RD) and having completed a Bachelor's Degree and Clinical Internship in Nutrition and Dietetics, your coach has a deep understanding of human nutrition and physiology and is enthusiastic about to educating clients who are willing to learn.
Nutrition is one of the most powerful elements that influences our health, either for better or for worse. A nutrition coaching program can help you to build a nutrition plan that is specific for your bodies unique needs, while providing you the education to deepen your understanding of how your body works, and how to fuel it properly.

You will be assigned a new client application immediately, which I will review and determine if a nutrition coaching program is appropriate and will benefit you. You will also receive a free 30-minute consultation to answer any questions you may have before getting started.
Upon enrolling, you will be assigned a number of online nutrition questionnaires which will be used to assess your current dietary habits and to gather necessary background information. This information will serve as your baseline data, which we will then reassess periodically throughout the coaching program.
Nutrition coaching is conducted using Cronometer. You will be assigned a free Cronometer Gold (Ad-Free) account where you will log what you eat and track your progress along the way. For those opposed to tracking nutrition, alternative coaching methods are available.
Each week you will complete an online check-in for accountability. In addition you will receive a weekly coaching call to answer any questions and make any necessary adjustments to the coaching program as you progress.
