Holistic coaching is for individuals interested in personal training and nutrition coaching. Holistic coaching is for you if you are ready to totally overhaul your health, wellness and performance from the inside out.
As a Registered Dietitian, CHEK Practitioner and CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach - your coach has a wide scope of understanding when it comes to goal setting, posture, exercise, nutrition and lifestyle and how to best use fundamental health tools to reach your wellness and performance goals.
You will be guided through the process of goal-setting and building strong psychological leverage so you can stay the course when the work gets tough and when life inevitably gets in the way.
You will be guided through a personally and scientifically designed stretching and/or exercise program based on your goals and objectives (either online or in-person).
You will be guided through the process of better understanding your nutrition; focusing on building on your nutrition education - how food and supplementation affects our health, performance and body image.
You will be guided and directed toward a variety of health-producing therapies such as sauna, massage, chiropractic and more as additional tools to serve you on your journey.
By committing to Holistic Coaching, you will begin down a path of self awareness, self management and ultimately self mastery when it comes to your health and nutrition.

You will be assigned a new client application immediately, which I will review and determine if an online coaching program is appropriate and will benefit you. You will also receive a free 15-minute consultation call where we will review the coaching process.
This is where you will be able to access your assessments, programs and message at any time with questions, comments or concerns throughout your coaching process.
A number of assessments will be used to assess your starting point and to determine which direction your coaching will take. This will also serve as your baseline data, which we will then reassess periodically throughout the coaching program.
After reviewing the self assessments, I will develop and personalize your program based on your results and what equipment you have access to. You will then begin following your program at home, at your local gym or at the Avatar Wellness Training Studio!
Nutrition coaching is conducted using Cronometer. You will be assigned a free Cronometer Gold (Ad-Free) account where you will log what you eat and track your progress along the way. For those opposed to tracking nutrition, alternative coaching methods are available.
Meet with your coach weekly via cell phone or zoom calls for accountability. Weekly calls will be focused around assessing training progress, nutrition education and reviewing other lifestyle factors that affect your results.
