Our coaching programs are for anyone interested in improving their overall health and fitness. A healthier body simply functions better all around so no matter what it is you love to do, you can do it better. We focus on the foundation principles of health and human performance.
Thinking, Breathing, Movement, Nutrition, Hydration & Sleep.
These six foundation principles are the keys to building and maintaining great health and performance as a functional human. When these things fall out of balance in our lifestyles, our bodies become increasingly stressed. If we dont make corrections, symptoms of diminished health creep their way in and compound over time.
My goal as your coach is to help you better understand and master these principles so that you can build/rebuild a healthy and functional body that is strong, resilient, less prone to injury and illness so you're more capable of doing whatever it is you love to do in your life.
In order to become healthy, fit, and resilient we need to unravel unproductive thought patterns and replace them with more optimal ones.
Thoughts become words & actions.
Oxygen is the most vital of all nutrients, and we need to pay special attention to servicing and conditioning the systems dedicated to transporting it to our cells.
Breath is life.
We only get one body in this life. We need regular movement in order to maintain a healthy and resilient musculoskeletal system.
If you don't move it you lose it.
Our cells are constantly replicating, and they need adequate amounts of energy and high-quality resources in order to rebuild healthy cells.
You are what you eat.
All of our metabolic systems are dependent upon water in order to transport nutrients and eliminate waste products of metabolism.
The solution to pollution is dilution.
Our bodies work to heal, rebuild & repair while we sleep deeply and for adequate time. Sleep is the most anabolic activity we all have free access to.
Sleep is the best meditation.
This is where you will be able to access your assessments, programs and message me at any time with questions, comments or concerns throughout your coaching process.
A number of assessments & questionnaires will be used to get a clear view of your starting point and to determine which direction your coaching will take.
After reviewing your assessments and questionnaires, we will begin developing your holistic health and performance program based on your needs, abilities, and goals.
Our focus will be on developing new lifestyle behaviors and routines around six foundation principles of health and human performance.
Thinking, Breathing, Movement, Nutrition, Hydration and Sleep.
Weekly check-in forms and bi-weekly coaching calls will be scheduled for accountability. Check-ins will be focused around assessing your progress, diving deeper into nutrition education and reviewing other lifestyle factors that affect your results.
Each month we will re-assess to ensure that you are making progress. By consistently reassessing we take the guess work out of your program and ensure the changes you are making are working for you.
All Programs require a three-month minimum commitment.
